Travel Team Fundraising Request

EMSSC rules for individual travel team fundraising have been revised to implement club-wide standards and expectations. All fundraising MUST be pre-approved by the Fundraising Committee. The Fundraising Committee will also advise requesting teams of more lucrative opportunities if available. The club will recieve a small portion of all fundraising proceeds.

I have read the 'Rules of Fundraising' posted to the right, and understand the standards and expectations of individual team fundraising as a member team of the East Moline Silvis Soccer Club.

Rules for Fundraising

All fundraisers must be approved by the Fundraising Committee prior to the fundraising event.
All requests for fundraisers must be submitted by a member of the team’s coaching or management staff.
Teams are not permitted to solicit donations in a public forum without the exchange of a product or service.
All collected funds will be provided to the club Treasurer for accounting and allocation.
Collected funds are to be used to cover tournament entry fees only, unless otherwise approved by the Fundraising Committee.
